Here at Everveda we are on a mission to restore and rejuvenate the lives of those who seek better health. We are here to show you that map and create a plan to bring you back to balance. Our sacred grounds are tucked away from the chaos of the outside world so you can revel in the lusciousness of nature and begin the process of healing. We are home to many modes of healing practices such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Reiki, Pancha Karma, conscious cooking, and nutritional counseling just to name a few. From thorough consultations to carefully prescribed therapies and lifestyle practices, our experience will create long term strategies all aimed at restoring and maintaining your unique balance.
The first step on your path to optimum health and peace of mind begins with your initial consultation. This consultation will include an intake and an assessment followed by a report of findings. From this experience you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the foundational principles of Ayurveda, a summary of your constitution and state of imbalance, as well as initial recommendations to begin your healing journey. We understand that it has taken time for your mind-body to develop any imbalances you are experiencing and with this knowledge recognize that the healing journey too will take time. At your Report of Findings We will outline the best treatment plan based on you as a unique individual and you can expect for us to work together in an on going manner for 6-12 months.
Throughout this time your treatment plan will be implemented at a pace that is appropriate for you. Our goal is to provide you with the tools of Ayurveda. You will feel empowered by the wisdom of Ayurveda, as you take back the responsibility of your own valuable health.

Noelle is certified in Ayurvedic Body Therapies, Ayurvedic Counseling, Reiki, and Yoga. As a graduate of The California College of Ayurveda, she is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and is continuing her studies to be a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. In addition, Noelle teaches Real food Ayurvedic cooking classes and is responsible for product development.
Noelle’s journey to finding balance began in 2007 when she was experiencing symptoms ranging from severe and chronic stomach pain to skin eruptions, hormonal disorders, and IBS. Ultimately diagnosed with a rare and incurable disease, Noelle decided to take her life into her own hands and began to research alternative ways of healing, beginning with her diet and lifestyle. Through her studies and after years of trial and error on her first patient, herself, she found the balance she needed to live a pain and pill free life.
Noelle is dedicated to healing others with the combination of Ayurveda, self-care, intuitive living, and energy. Her goal is to provide the tools to make a balanced lifestyle accessible in this day and age.
Adriene has been a dedicated student of her practice for over 20 years. After exploring many styles of yoga, she happened upon a class given by Alan Finger at Yoga Zone, and that experience changed her idea of what yoga was all about. “I loved that ISHTA Yoga was about finding your own personal path, and that the asana and meditation techniques were easily accessible to all. It seemed like a very natural practice for me”. Shortly thereafter, Adriene became the studio manager at Yoga Zone in Old Brookville, and was inspired to teach. She completed her teaching certification in 2000, under the guidance of Alan Finger. She continues her studies by frequently attending workshops, classes and intensives taught by well respected teachers in various styles of yoga, bringing an eclectic mix to her classes. “I truly believe that yoga is for everybody and that the benefits are profound. I seek to explore the asanas in a way which each student’s practice becomes an expression of the self.” She combines the emphasis of the breath, with a flowing, vinyasa sequence that guides her students to find their edge while honoring themselves and the transformation that yoga can bring.
Keshari is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, with a passion for subtle and intuitive bodywork. She comes from a family of satyagrahis – nonviolent freedom fighters in India’s independence movement – and her early exposure to Gandhian principles inspired her exploration along paths of mindful practice. Allured by the indigenous medicines of her motherland, she devoted herself to lifelong study of Ayurveda and was healed of chronic illness. Now she is cheerfully committed to sharing the teachings of this empowering wisdom tradition. Keshari has over 1500 hours of classroom and clinical training from The Ayurvedic Institute, with Dr. Vasant Lad and faculty. She is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medicine Association. She recently completed a mentorship with Dr. Claudia Welch, Ayurvedic practitioner and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Keshari has additional certification as a reiki practitioner, AyurYoga teacher, and western herbalist. Out of affection for plant life, she became a self-taught botanical illustrator. She volunteers with the National Alliance on Mental Illness as a support group facilitator and mental health advocate. And she can often be found wandering the northeast, indulging her pathological addiction to kirtan.
