I visited Jill Talve for help in controlling Restless Leg Syndrome, an involuntary, repeating, annoying, nocturnal leg shaking. Full disclosure: the Serenity Shot I now drink in the morning and before bed doesn’t taste very good – though the tea made with gotu kola, tulsi, lemon balm, marshmallow, chamomile, cinnamon and love, more than makes up for it.
