Mighty Cool Green Smoothie


I love a good smoothie for breakfast, especially on a hot summer morning. My post yoga routine is to blend this baby up and sit in my backyard and enjoy the peacefulness of Mother Nature. Practice mindful eating and test out this cooling summer recipe for a green smoothie!
 

Mighty Cool Green Machine:

Ingredients:

  • 6 -pieces of cilantro
  • 1/2 -peeled and cut cucumber
  • 1-cup spinach
  • 1-cup kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1-cup coconut water
  • 1-teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Chop Greens & Mango into 2″ pieces for optimal blending
  2. Pour liquids in first! Then everything else.
  3. Blend on high until smooth
  4. Let stand until melty and enjoy!
