Ayurvedic Yoga and Swim at Everveda
Ayurvedic Yoga opens us up to a whole, new potential for healing, self-discovery and inner peace. This all-level (beginner, pre-natal, and limited mobility friendly) class is designed for individuals looking to receive deep instruction on the energetics and use of asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation for healing purposes based in Ayurvedic principles. While an understanding of Ayurvedic principles is helpful it’s not necessary to enjoy the benefits of the practice.
5-Week Vata Pacifying Series
Please join us on the breathtaking grounds of Everveda, in a loving, supportive and non-judgemental community for a 5-week, Vata-Pacifying series to ground, settle, and restore harmony within our body/mind. This series offers steadying, earthy slow-flow and stillness, utilizes relaxed engagement, meditation, warming and calming pranayama and chanting to find a deeper sense of stillness in the body/mind. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the beautiful salt water pool after class and/or bring a snack to enjoy under a tree, in silence. In addition, you will learn techniques to take with you off of the mat to help you to remain grounded, balanced and peaceful as the winds of the Autumn kick up.
