Kundalini Yoga Classes starting September 11th

Oyster Bay Yoga Classes
In this series of classes, Teresa Devine will unravel the teachings of Kundalini Yoga through the perspective of Ayurveda. We will translate Vata, Pitta, and Kapha into their more subtle aspects by awakening the energy of consciousness. Merging these ancient sciences offers us an enhanced level of sophistication to balance the tattvas, or 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) that are always at play around us and within us.
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantras (sound current), and meditation. It is often referred to as the “yoga of awareness” as it is designed to awaken consciousness and give you an experience of your soul. When we can clearly express our soul, our lives become more vibrant, more creative, and more purposeful.
Each class will include a gong relaxation.

$108 – 3 class series, $40 – individual class
