Peaceful Sleeping Affirmation:
As I lay my head down at night, I center my heart and mind by focusing on my breathing. I breathe in positive energy and release any negative experiences that I had during my day.
My bedroom is a sanctuary for sleep. I am so grateful for this space where I can rest in a comfortable bed. I am so grateful for my pillow and blankets.
I am well and safe. I am calm and relaxed. I fall asleep easily because I am covered in peace. I sleep soundly and when I wake I feel rejuvenated and revitalized ready for a brand new day filled with many blessings.
